Terms & Refunds

These terms cover purchases from the Christ Palace International Ministries (“CPIM”) online store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Church pickup only
All orders are collected in person at the church — we do not ship. When your order is ready, bring the QR pickup pass from your confirmation email to the Welcome Desk · Sundays 9am–1pm. Any person presenting a valid pass may collect the order on your behalf.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds, and stock is reserved for a limited time while you complete checkout.
Refunds & exchanges
If something isn’t right — the wrong size, a defect, or a change of mind — contact us within 14 days of pickup at store@thechristpalace.org. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Items should be unworn and in their original condition for an exchange or refund.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, and the stock returned to inventory.
Supporting the ministry
Proceeds from the store support CPIM’s programs. Please note that a store purchase is a sale of goods, not a tax-deductible charitable donation — you receive merchandise of value in exchange for your payment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the store means you accept the current terms.
