What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name and email address (to identify your order and send your confirmation and pickup pass), an optional phone number (only if you provide it, for pickup updates), and any pickup note you choose to add. We also record your order details — items, sizes, and totals.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on their own secure checkout page; we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference code.

Cookies & analytics

The store uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cart and your cookie choice. We use only first-party analytics (page views and basic device type, with no personal identifiers) to understand how the store is used, and only after you accept on the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and no data is shared for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the store work: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending your confirmation email), and our hosting providers Vercel and Neon (running the site and database). Each processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact records as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet bookkeeping and tax obligations, then we remove or anonymize them. Anonymous analytics are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email store@thechristpalace.org and we’ll take care of it. You can also decline analytics at any time using the cookie banner.

Children

The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
